Cost of Services
Services are offered by cash pay only and are done on a hourly basis regardless of diagnosis. Out of network insurance services can be accepted as well. Medicare patients can NOT be accepted though due to CMS regulations.
Services and cost are as followed:
PT evaluation = 125$
PT follow up visit = 100$
General wellness visit = 75$
