So, who are we?

Here at Proactive Physical Therapy Services, we are passionate about meeting our patients needs and desires to reach their fullest health potential. We believe this is best done in a 1 on 1 environment with no other patients being treated at the same time. We also believe this can be achieved in the comfort of our patients space whether it’s at home, in a gym, a park, a field or any other safe facility. We are a cash based business meaning we don’t accept insurance which allows us to meet our patients needs without restrictions. Our coverage areas include all of the San Gabriel Valley, 210 corridor in LA county, and the 57 corridor down to Anaheim.

Meet the staff:

Business owner, president and Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT), Andrew Guthart earned his undergraduate bachelors of science at Florida International University and his DPT degree at University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences in Miami. A native of Florida, Andrew has extensive background with youth athletes, professional athletes, general population and geriatrics with a wide range of conditions. Andrew has worked in the outpatient setting as well as the in home setting since 2023. Andrew has a passion for providing 1 on 1 care to assist with maximum recovery and to meet the desires/goals of all patients. Andrew has interests in music, sports and pop culture beyond physical therapy as well and enjoys playing with his English bulldog in his spare time.
